Original Duration*Default Hrs=Budgeted units
But it is changing for other activities.
Piping OD=10 BU=320 AU=320 and Remaining Units/time=32
Concrete OD=15 BU=480 AU=480 and Remaining Units/time=32
Only few of the activities have completed not all and only one common resource with default units is 8 hrs/day
How is the BU and AU and Ru/t getting changed.

note that,
units/time * od= Budgeted Units.
cal. 6 days per week 8 hr per day,
please check your cal time prieod
8 hr /day 6* 8 =48 hr / week and 26 *8 = per months and 26*12 = / years make this correct setting and also check
your local holy day cal. and correct working time for per year.
check your Global which cal you are using this must be tick,
Budgeted units calculated based on activity
duration.
if you have 16 ,16 mean 1 resource assign to this activity and duration is 2 days, 2 * 8 = 16 same as 32 means 1 resource assign for this activity and original duration is 4 days 4 *8 = 32 units where as 8 is the unit/time and 4 is your activity original duration.
