Hoi Rodel,

Thanks. Your summary was a quick updating of P6 full capabilities.

After reading your summary, I feel like changing my status of medium user to low level user.

The software is offering more than sometimes we are able to use for lack of time, knowledge or demand among other reasons. For instance, Methodology management, I have never had time for using this excellent module.

P6 administration requires a dedicated IT person when the software is being used for worldwide users.

Scarlet,

Hi, thanks for your words. YES long time without writing in PP.

I was in a construction experience demanding all my time and energy. Being the only woman in the construction team, the time flew resolving male power contest and cultural differences.

From now on, I will be more active in PP( with girly ideas !, Why not).

Cheers,

P.S.: ????? meaning of GB, PTL, TY

Hello Carmen,

It is nice to hear from you again.

It’s been a long time you hibernated althouh I assumed you have been in this planet all the while.

I not a new user in P6 and I’m also not an advance user as enumerated by Rodel.

I’m presently involved in a project that use Primavero P6. I trying my best shot to always do P6 above the usual, meaning, if the project team is happy with the present deliverables, I try to up the levels of deliverables.

There is nothing really I can do to reach advance user stage because I have no time for it and beside our present project planning team are happy with the basic in Primavera P6.

I hope to hear from you more ofthen, the way we used to do it here in PP.

And of course we miss you girly ideas, to sometimes calm the situation.

GB, PTL, TY

Carmen,

In regards to what, P6 security profile or P6 do and don’t? Another question is P6 user or P6 planner/ scheduler? I encounter a lot of P6 advance user but not qualified planner. When I ask about the software they can answer immediately without hesitation but when I ask about planning???#$%@ puzzled. They don’t even know how to read drawings. So which one are you referring to?

Best Regards,

Rodel
