there is no filter for these activities.

so as you mentioned i will create a activity code for these jos then i will filter it and apply the global change .

isn’t there any particular characteristic that you can filter your activities based on that?

Kumar,

Filter all activities before running global change. If there is no available data to filter those activities then you have to create something like UDF or Activity Code or intelligent Activity ID. You can also include that filter criteria to your global change.

Dear sir,



i want to change the resources pipe fitter assignment for only 2000 activities With mill wright.

i mean there are many more activites for which the pipe fitter is assigned and i dont want to change that to mill wright.

i want to know how to filter these actitvities and apply the global change

If

Where: Resource ID Name equals pipe fitter



Then:

Resource ID Name = mill wright
