If you remove one resource to activity then actual unit will be gone. If an activity has more than one resource assigned it will not transfer actual unit to another resource when removed. If only one or two activities then manually edit actual, budget and remaining unit before deleting the resource. If many activities involved then store resource data (i.e. budget, actual and remaining) on resource intended to delete on UDF then use global change to add it on another resource.

a new problem! in the middle of some activities, I just want to remove one resource but maintainig his actual units, possible?
Im thinking of changing the budgeted unit or remaining unit or ...

You cannot use global change to add new resource but you can select all activities that require new resource and assign all at once.
