I believe absence of fragnets are the most imp: disadvantage in Ver 6.0 when compared to Ver 3.10 as this helps a lot in relicating the same sequence while developing a detailed baseline schedule.

In P6, Methodology Manager is supposed to be used to create standard fragnets.
We use it for things such as project mobilisation etc.
