It depends on the design and locations of Waste Water Treatment Plant.



Critical activities varies on design, lead procurement items like mechanical equipments, aerators, pumps, cables, generators, clarifiers equipments, grit & screen, piping materials, structural, handrails, platforms, tanks, media filters,valves,Penstocks & Stop Boards, SCADA, PLC, Switchboars etc … and construction methodologies and commissioning, service proving, operator trainings and many others.



If designs consist of Waste Treatment plant, Recycle Treatment, Class A & Class B storage tank or lagoon then all of those have different criticality, especially on long lead items that mostly takes 3 to 6 months and if not available in the country then it will take more if coming from overseas.

If Recycle water treatment plant is also included then another major items like Ultra Filter, Switch room, UV disinfections etc…
