Hi Vex,



Go to Tools --> Global Change --> Add --> Modify



in



Data Item: put CAL(stands for CALENDAR ID),

Criteria: EQ

Data Item/Value: choose your calendar



then click Ok and RUN...all your activities you want to change will be change and if you want to change some activities in different zone, you have to filter it first.

Vex,

Show Calendar ID column on Activity Window. Change the Calendar ID of the first row. Highlight all rows that require update or use filter then right click and select Fill cell.
