Duration is calculated based on activity caledar assigned as limitation of working period for date and Hours per time period for time unit set (i.e. 8h/d, 40h/w, 173.3h/m etc...)
check if Hour per Time Period is the same as calendar total working period per day and the same setting on P6.2.1

Check each calendar you have assigned to the activities in the schedule. The units/time are now set at the calendar level. If this is out of sync with what you had used originally then you may have an issue.
Also Im not sure how the WBS durations are calculated if you have different calendars assigned under the same WBS, possibly defaults back to the admin preference for that calculation???
