PP Member network should be on discretion of Member whether he is willing to open it publically or hide

Im not sure about this; there is a real possibility that you may fall foul of Data Protection legislation in Britain and possibly other European countries as well. If you are happy with the legal aspects, there is still the possibility that with the private message facility you have included, members with a great deal of experience could be swamped with requests for help.
While, Ive no doubt, the vast majority of them would be willing to help, there is the risk that, for some individuals, this could become a real encroachment upon their working time.
if you have the legal aspects covered, perhaps the best idea would be to trial it and see what happens, and if some people find that it is becoming a nuisance terminate it.
