You need to change the subject area in order to select resource as per sample below.
Dear Rodel,
I have done Resource assignment by assign resource icon. But still i am not able to assign resource using Global change for selected activity......
In if criteria , i have given some criteria and in then criteria , i am trying to assign resources for the selected activities...but i am not able to get in the parameter column"Resource assignments" , can u help me out.

Haresh,
P6 is the same as P3. You can change the resource assignment using global change:
You have to change the subject area to Activity Resource Assignment and you find resource field once selected.
Note: P3 & P6 will be able to change resource assignment if there is existing resource. If there is no existing resource then you cannot add new resources to activity.
To Add resource to multiple selected activities, highlight all those activities and click assign resource icon on the right of the screen then select the resource you want to assigned and all activities selected will have the resource.
