Hi Abeer

You should start by changing the work patterns and calendars of the existing tasks - increase the work hours by one hour a day and the time reduction will be immediate.

Don’t overdo it because too many hours will reduce productivity.

Then follow Samer’s wise advice.

Always remeber that if you cannot make the reductions taking reasonable measures then you should report that it cannot be done.

Best regards

Dear Abeer,

You need to look at the critical path and reduce the duration by increasing the resources of the critical activities.

I recommend that you review the Schedule and determine the KEY critical activities that are most connected to other activities and start increasing the resources to reduce their durations. This will have the max effect on the schedule.

Start one/ few at a time and monitor what is happening so that you can explain it later.

With kind regards,

Samer

Abeer,

Put on more resources, to shorten the tasks duration. Thats the start.

Cheers,
