S curve in excel

Some time ago I uploaded a sample Excel Workbook with a couple of spreadsheets that generate the S-Curves. These are very simple, just read the formulas and you will see the logic. After you feel comfortable on how to create the table then you can try yourself creating the graphs from your own table or just use the templates and populate them with your own data. If more columns are needed more columns can be inserted at some intermediate column and with some knowledge of how the formulas work just drag the required formulas. Make sure of inserting at an intermediate month column and not at an end/start month column so these are included in formula ranges as sometimes inserting at the end or beginning of a range leave out the new insertion.

Dear Mr. Sanjay Malani,



After exporting from P6 to excel, you will sum up your activity loaded Man-hours/Cost (Whatever your basis is) and get percentage by dividing weekly/monthly man-hours/cost with the total and will get %age and then plot it in excel using graph commands.
