To show the bars you have mentioned, go to View Menu --> Bars, mark the check box next to Display for the Remaining, Critical & Summary Bars.
With respect to the Filter of Remaining, Critical & Summary Bars as follows:
1. Remaining = "Normal and Non-critical"
2. Critical = "Normal and Critical"
3. Summary = "Summary"
Note: For Summary Filter, you need to select the Bar Settings tab and mark the check box next to "Show bar for grouping bands".
