You are most welcome. Another good reference that I used to check is the API (American Petrolum Institute). But unfortuantely I do not have the reference books these days.

I tried Google & Wiki already, but couldnt find anything that would fit
It wont be the name of a company since it is appearing in a list of design deliverables
RAM study is a fairly standard term within O&G for reliabily, availability & maintenance study; so I am fairly sure of that part of the puzzle, its just the TOR bit that Im struggling with.

Chances are it is the name of a company: "RAMTOR INTERNATIONAL. 158 NEW CAVENDISH STREET LONDONW1W 6YP, NL16514277"
