Hi Susan,
You have two option to perform the Resource Loading:
Export it to Excel with two "Export Type" e.g. Activities & Resource Assignments.
1. Under Activities include the UDF in the Selected Option.
2. Under Resource Assignments include the "Budgeted Units" in the Selected Option.
Or you can perform a Global Change, however your UDF must be under the "Activity Resource Assignments" Fields. and the Parameters should look like this:
Where UDF Title "is not equal" (Blank)
Then Budgeted Labor Units " = " UDF Value
Note: Blank means "No Value" at all.
Otherwise, if it ok for you to send the .xer file to [email protected] and I will fix it for you.
Regards,
Arnold
Sue,
Use resource resourcement option then upload your BQ onto Budgeted Units(h)column. Ensure the resource have beed assigned.
Cheers
