Importing Budgeted Labour Unit

Hi Susan,



You have two option to perform the Resource Loading:



Export it to Excel with two "Export Type" e.g. Activities & Resource Assignments.



1. Under Activities include the UDF in the Selected Option.

2. Under Resource Assignments include the "Budgeted Units" in the Selected Option.



Or you can perform a Global Change, however your UDF must be under the "Activity Resource Assignments" Fields. and the Parameters should look like this:



Where UDF Title "is not equal" (Blank)

Then Budgeted Labor Units " = " UDF Value



Note: Blank means "No Value" at all.



Otherwise, if it ok for you to send the .xer file to [email protected] and I will fix it for you.

Use resource resourcement option then upload your BQ onto ’Budgeted Units(h)column. Ensure the resource have beed assigned.
