Dear Yasser,

You can contact the following center or the Chamber of Commerce in Dubai and Abu Dhabi and they can give you a list of people practicing in these cities that you can ask:

The Dubai International Arbitration Center

www.diac.ae

"

The Abu Dhabi Commercial Conciliation and Arbitration Centre (ADCCAC) is the main arbitral institution in Abu Dhabi."

With kind regards,

Samer

Dear Yasser,

I highly recommend that you visit 20-30 sites in UAE and talk to the Construction teams at site. You will get a good idea about the real problems that they are facing.

From your survey questions, you are more interested in Contractual Issues. That is, including enough clauses in the Contract to solve all potential problems in the future that might occur.

I am sure that with the financial crises, you had plenty of payment delays from all sides. This is something that you might want to add to the survey or your study.

Good luck in advance.

With kind regards,

Samer
