The WBS must include all the deliverables of the project. So if you have the BOQ, it would be an easy process. Use the same Divisions set out in your BOQ as a starter.
The activities has to do with the process of construction and how your are doing to construct. Lets say you have a 3 weeks window for the shut down to complete the repairs. So you need to have all your Procurement done and ready at site at the start date of the shut down. Your resources will work 24 hours and most probably you will not have any invoicing done during that period as well. So you need the necessary cash flow to support the crews, expenses, etc during that time.

I am not going to use the copy-paste option however wanted to go through the different schedules to have a good idea of different detailings in WBS/activities/ and the way the schedules are put-up by defferent Planners here in PP.
Dear Almas,
It is better to read the Contact documents, plans and BOQ and plan how to finish your project, then schedule the activities and develop the schedule.
That way you become closer to completing your requirements. If you copy and paste from other projects, you may end up with a different end product :)
