Lags

There is no way to do this in P6 out of the box.

We developed a utility for one of our clients that would do this and put the result into a UDF when transferring WO’s from Maximo. It would show successor id (lag).

You could probably do the same thing using the export to excel function, including the resource lags, do a VLOOKUP (or write a macro) to populate a UDF at the activity level and then re-import the data.

Did you tried Organize by Sucessor/Predecessor and see if the field is available?

Sorry I do not have P6 but the idea comes from my experience with SureTrak, this allowed me to see lag and filter for it while in the layout.
