Hi Shiva

Everything depends on your scope of work.

Are you also doing the M&E?

The main interfaces for fit out are:

1. Weathertight.

2. M&E Carcassing - Floors and Ceilings

3. M&E 2nd fix - Floors and Ceilings

4. M&E Commissioning

Common areas and washrooms are a standalone subject and are always a problem - make sure these are planned in detail.

Look out for shared acces routes and trade occupancy at each level.

Rubbish disopsal and hoist time have to be considered.

Other than that it is quite simple.

Best regards

As i am a beginner to this field, I have to prepare the baseline program from the main contractor’s construction program. so, could u pls assist me in-detailed about the sequences, milestone dates, constraints.

and what are the important things to be considered to prepare the baseline program. while updating, what are the points to be followed with main contractor in order to avoid any delays from our side.

Hi Shiva

All projects are different and you have to work out your own sequences on each new project.

If you can’t build then then you can’t plan it.

Good Luck
