thanks to your reply guys....
Cost, Time & Resources is the meaning of the CTR i am looking for.
cheers,
rolando
Nice information
It means Cost, time and resource, its implemented by Worleyparons
If i am not wrong CTR stands for Cost Time & Resource.
In simple words it is a BOQ with price for each item included. and a tentative schedule is also submitted with it. only Level 1 activities.
so a CTR based schedule means that the schedule should contain all the activities that cover the line tiems present in the CTR.
I hope i have answered your question.
Cheers.

Look to Wideman Comparative Glossary of Project Management Terms at http://maxwideman.com/pmglossary/ for answers to these types of questions. Good luck!
CTR stands for Cost, Time, Resource
They tend to be synonymous with workpacks

Dear Rolando,
Can you please give us an idea about what you are working on. It might be an abbreviation of the Project you are working on not a type of schedule that your manager asked you to do.
C might be: Critical, Crashed, Compressed
R: Recovery
With kind regards,
Samer
