Driving Resource Duration = Quantity to complete / units per time period

1- You need to estimate the Qty. for each resource assigned to the activity



2-Find the average productivity for each



3- Specify the availability for each resource



4- Mark the driven resources



Then the biggest duration will be considered, which is already calculated as a result for the steps 1-4 above
