It depends on what default setting you have as the representative value for work/effort.



Tools > Options > Schedule



It can be entered as minutes, hours, days, weeks or months. I use hours, but everyone has their own way of working.

Thanks and It worked just fine.. i believe the resources displayed are in man hours or man days?
