Update Actual Dates from other Project(s)

Hi Arnold

Thanks for your attention and Reply.

But the problem is that when Import->Update Existing project, all of Activity parts imported (such as WBS,Pred. & Succ.) but we need to import only "Actual Dates"

(WBSs are not same, some of links[pred. and succ.] of Sub-contractors are different from our Master Plan.)

Is there any way to Set only "Actual Dates" in master plan from Sub contractors updated plan.

Hi Mah,

Welcome to Planning Planet.

First of all, you need to create your Master Plan. In order to build the Master Plan as youve mentioned in your post by getting all the programmes from the Sub-Contractor and try to import all of these and in the "Import Action" select "Add Into Existing Project".

During updating, Open your Master Plan and import all the updated programmes of the Sub-Contractor. However, this time in the Import Action, select Update Existing Project".
