I have never yet come acros a form of contract that specifies a particular method of delay analysis.
Perhaps yours has a special condition written in.
Everything relies on how good your As Built records are.
Ideally you should be able to demonstrate Who Did What Where and When.
The best fall back position is to know when each activity started and when it finished.
If you do not have that basic information then a Time Impact Analysis is not possible.
I have set out the steps necessary for creating a time impact analysis elsewhere on this thread as have a lot of other contributors.
I suggest as a first step that you search the forum for advice.

Every bit of information is knowledge for me. I need to make an informed decision rather than I say, I CANT without knowing the much of the detils.

I do refer SCL Protocol for quite some time now.

True, and thats the other reason I am on this forum. I need some hands on knowledge rathe the theory of something.

The first question to ask is why use TIA when there are a number of alternative methods that may be more suitable.
And how will you know which is the better alternative?
I am sorry to have to tell you Sajid that you are out of your depth on this task.
Someone may send you a web address for aace which I have read and found it unreadable and misguided.
You may get better response from the SCL protocol which is clearer but out of date now.
In any case you cantlearn delay analysis from books.

But, I still looking for "ANY" advice. How should I say without knowing that what is required and why we need expert delay analyst.
