Save yourself the extra step. MS Word can open HTML files. Using Word, open the HTML file and then just use "Save As" to save it as a DOC file. Good luck!

OK It won’t be very easy but there is a way to come around it. Create your report, finalize it and when you come to the final stage, Run your report and you will have a chance to save your report as an HTML file. When you do that you should open that html file on your browser and select all of the items on the report for example ctrl+a on internet explorer. copy them and paste them to word, excel etc. and you will have your report including data values and format, not a picture.

I know it is not a very simple method but it is what I do for reports.
