I am looking for another degree to earn.I was wondering if they have a masters in organizational leadership at this university and what the costs are.

NICMAR is not a Degree. It is a Institute which offers various courses on construction management. In India, NICMAR offers best syllabus for Construction Management and no one is close enough.
It all depends weather u want degree for ur own good or just for name sake. NICMAR definitely gives u that extra confidence and knowledge as compared to other institutes in India and thats y guys from NICMAR are at good position and respected enough in the industry.
I am not sure how good the correspondence course of NICMAR in Dubai is but in India full time course is too good as against other institutes.

Two good universities (Part-time) for construction management in Dubai, UAE are:
1. Harriott watt
2. S P Jain
Also, IIM - Kharagpur has executive programs for project management and they have their offices in UAE as well.
Even NICMAR have their branch in Dubai. Pretty good syllabus and worth considering.

You need to determine from which country you want to get your degree; UK, USA, Australia, etc.
Some of the known UK universities giving distance learning courses are:
1. Reading University
2. Robert Gordon University
3. Loughborough University
4. Heriot-Watt University.
You can log to their websites and check their online programs.
