Project planning with P6

Hi Victor

Use your experience in civil engineering to practice your software techniques.

Look at a recent project and build it up in your mind.

Then transfer the tasks and logic to the software until the project is built.

That is all a planner has to do.

Planners like to shroud what is a very simple process with arcane and mystic words and acronyms.

Put your book down and start doing it for real.

Best regards

Hi Victor

No book - however brilliant - will turn you into a project planner.

You need to know how to build it before you can plan it.

You may be competent enough with the software to schedule someone elses plan but then you would be a scheduler.

Best regards
