Harzelli,

you should print and review the help page about levelling; it is rather sophisticated, but very usefull if you want to understand how to use resource levelling in P3

do you still have difficulties when levelling resources on the "drawing" tasks in the project?

My first thought would be that you are using some of the smoothing options under Tools/Level/Smoothing, if so try selecting smoothing-none and reschedule/level.

is not a resource max problem, it shifts there to far after 2 months, but the resources are available well before.

perhaps you have reached the maximum level of your resources ( in resources dictionary, normal, max)



not sure, as leveling is a kind of black magic for me ;)
