I have a copy of Keiths and Rogers books. Both are superb, I use Keths for the in depth and detailed narratives and case law references and use Rogers when Im explaining processes to people face to face (which inevitably leads them to o buy Rogers book from Amazon - I wish I was on commission!)

It really depends what you want. Pickavance is the most in depth and comprehensive book on the subject, L&L is an easy read and a good introduction.

Hi Oliver
The best one I have come across is About Time by Lowsley & Linnett as it gives the Asdjudicators view of the problem.
RICS bookshop.

I have purchased book by Roger Gibson. Its a good book compared to other books available in the market.
But, the best book i would recommend is by Keith Pickavance. But, its very expensive and i heard it has waiting time too.
