To further clarify,

I have computed the Mandays to complete a particular scope, what i wanted to know is how will i get the no. of worker on a daily basis?

Will i multiply or devide the production rate to 8 (on an 8 hrs daily sched)?

Thanks.

Hi Ruel,

If the Total Man-days have already been allocated to your project then simply adjust your timescale into days and show the Resource Usage Profile. But make sure that your Unit of Time is in Day.

You can as well, export your Man-days into Excel and calculate it there.

Regards,

Arnold
