Dear Virnda,
You will have the following supporting activities:
1. Material submittals approval.
2. Shop drawings submittal and approval
3. Procurment
4. Fabrication & Treatment
5. Shipping to site.
6. Construction.
1. Site layout
2. Method statement or
3. Project Specific Safety plan; depending on the level of difficulty
4. Anchor bolt installation.
5. Columns Installation.
6. Beams installation
7. Bracing installation.
8. Seconday Members installation.
9. Cladding installation, with insulation if any
10. Touch up.
Safety at site is crucial for the approval of starting the installation at site. So you need to make sure that you do your homework right and understand what your risks are.
Selecting the lifting method is important. This depends on the heaviest piece that you have.
You can minimize the erection time by installing a group of members up to the capacity of the lighting crane that you have.
What is the total weight of steel that you want to install and at what height?
With kind regards,
Samer
