i have already this problem, osama try to copy your activities and then paste them with external relationships but don’t forget to change ID (Auto-increment).
To change Act Id thru Global Change u should use Global change function Left(Act,XX) or Right(Act,XX) where XX is the no.of digits u want to retain.e.g ACT ID is 1234567890
use Global Change Formaula
ACT EQ ABC & Right(ACT,7)
The result will be ABC4567890.
Using this type of Global Change u can change ur Act Id is just few mins.
use F1 help mode and search for global change and scroll down where you will come across functions like Ltrim and Rtrim and many other .Check that it would helpful to you

First backup your job, then try selecting all activities and follow with a Copy and Paste, the software will ask you for the rules to change ID’s. Then delete "old" activities.
Make sure all data copied correctly; don’t know what will happen with period actual and other data.
If you copy and paste separate groups you might lose the links between activities spanning separate groups so it is important you copy all at once unless willing to manually check on missing links.
In Spider Project I can change my activities ID’s by importing a CSV file that can be generated from almost any text editor, word processor, spreadsheet and database application, maybe someone else can provide you with a clue on how to do this in P3.
In general each organisation have their own style of naming activity ID’s. I trust there in no particular codes in general for all.Basically naming Ids depends on individual idea for easy identification of respective activities

This will change part of the ID, if you can to change completely it will be perfect,
The problem that I face is how to make the new ID take the sequence
Jvito
If we have 4000 activity * 5 sec to change each item this will take around 1 working day. This if I follow the mentioned method

If you are running already your program, CLOSE it first, then Open Again but dont forget to check the EXCLUSIVE..
sure you can now edit or change your activity id as you like.

You can Change Activity ID within a project without Exclusive Access, this is another option.
Please follow the link.

Perhaps Carlos had a wrong value for ExclForActIDEdit line, default should be 1.
To change WBS titles go to Data>WBS and change titles at will.
Best Regards,
Rafael
