It can be done in MS Project but its time consuming and requires a lot of manual intervention each time you update the task.
View > More Views > Task Usage
Change the timescales so that the lower tier display weeks or days and adjust the work assignment so that the first week has a total of 1d effort, the second week has a total of 4d effort and the third week has a 5d total of effort.
I wouldnt recommend you do this though, youll probably end up amending the resources 24hrs a day rather than managing and updating the schedule.

If you need to do this across your whole project, then MS Project will not do it.
Try Micro Planner X-Pert for Windows as it allows up to 20 separate entries for a resource per task
