Hi SK,

First of all welcome to Planning Planet.

Yes it is exactly almost the same steps. However, the data you are trying to export to excel is for general requirements for Labor, Nonlabor including Baselines quantity.

Unlike in "Assignments" you can simply select the resources you wanted to export.

Try to do this exercise and you will find out what is the difference.

Arnold

Hi Brian,

You can do that if you will go to "Assignments" located at the left corner of your screen.

In "Resource Assignments" workspace you can show the "Resource Usage Spreadsheet" and filter whatever resources you wanted to export. If done, simply select all activities & hit the CTRL+C & CTRL+V to your Excel.

HTH.

Regards,

Arnold
