In MS Project to display the column again, right clic the column name of the column BEFORE which you want to insert back the hidden column,
then clic "Insert a column",
and select the field in the drop down list

When we hide the column in MS excel the same hidden column can be regenerated by using unhide option.So is that possible in MS project also.

To delete a column from the current view,
right clic thne column name (say: Predecessor)
in the pop-up menu, click the 6th option from top, should be "Hide column"? Sorry for "Mask", I am using MS Project in French, and I am afraid my translation was not accurate.
MS Project is using the same words as MS Excel; be advised that, to display the column again, you will have to "Insert a column", then to select the field in the drop down list

I am using MSP-2003.I tried right clicking the cloumn to delete but didntt find "mask column" option.
Please help me out over this.

Although MS Project is not my software of choice, ocassionally I had to deal with it. Let’s see if I can be of help.
After you cost &/or resource load your activities:
-go to the Resource Graph and right click on the right side of the graph and select Cummulative Cost / Cummulative Work.
-Then click Bar Styles and select Show as Line for Filtered Resources and Resource selection boxes.
-You will get s-curve based on early dates
For s-curve based on late dates
-Create a new job file from original.
-Set all tasks to as late as possible constraint.
-Update project.
-Verify no re-scheduled task overrides any finish no latter than constraint you previously had in the original. If so re-set those to your original finish no latter than constraint.
-Update project.
Hello Mohnish,
it is not possible to produce a S curve with MS Project by itself; if you are using MS Project 2003 or lower, you will have to use the "Export timescaled data to Excel" functionnality; if you are using MS Project 2007, you will use Visual Reports
in both cases, select the "Cumulative work" and "Cumulative Cost" fields
to delete a column from a view, right clic on the column name, then Mask column
