Mike, I think that the word is "Imbroglio" - I use it quite a bit.



I am also fond of the word "outwith", meaning outside, which annoys a number of my Sassenach colleagues!

And of course, I use the word "niggardly" which confuses the Americans...!

I am not surprised that England are out.



I went to the HK sevens a couple of times and England never even sent a team.



All the same I still support England and any team playing Scotland.
