Do you want a free one or do you want to pay for one?
Is this a one-off instance or do they need to view MS Project files on a regular basis?
I’ve used Steelray and Seavus in the past, they’re both fit for purpose but they both attempt to replicate the feel of MS Project, so if the viewer is not familiar with MS Project then they might not be suitable.
If it’s only a one-off then there are loads of trial versions that you can download for free.
