Do yourself a favour and visit http://www.ices.org.uk

Law courses imbue you with data and facts, claims work is the application of them and can only be successfully learnt on the job.

All the best

The Robert Gordon course is well respected; I have a couple of employees who have this qualification.

One option to consider is to join a Claims Consultancy before you undertake the course, and they may well sponsor you through it (and then tie you into employment for a couple of years)

Hi Samer,

Thanks for the link and that’s now added another one to the mix in the shape of the University of Central Lancashire offering the MSc Construction Law and Dispute Resolution.

Best Regards,

Nick

Dear Nicholas,

One of the best answers would be to contact the "Society of Construction Low" http://scl.org.uk/

and they will provide you with the best school in field.

Best Regards,

Samer
