Is ther any way to check who is currenty in a project? We have integrated schedules with users in several locations. Any way to know who is also accessing a project?

There are some "last changed by" flags in the database - but no "last used by"

Guys

it is just that , any one can then access the program , and should he make changes , in error, you dont know who has been in your prgram , i find this a major flaw in P6

You can’t.

There is no "last used" functionality.

Any such test/trigger would have to be at the Oracle or Operating System level.

We have checked this up to and including version 6.2.
