I have checked with our local Low Current Supplier, and they informed me that it is totally dependent on the system that you are installing.
So I suggest that you discuss the issue with the supplier and formulate a completion plan as per his sequence of work.

1) Material submital approval
2) Shop drawings approval
3) Procurement
4) Construction
a. 1st fix: After block work and before plastering
b. 2nd fix: before complete plastering
c. 3rd fix: before complete painting
5) Commissioning: few days before handing over.
6) Programming: after moving in
If you need more specific detail, the best source would be the specialist who is going to install the system for you.
