I agree with Samad. Once you made a copy of your original baseline,go to tools< options< summarization & select Duration as your weighting factor. then go to tools< update progress & select the data date & uodate the schedule for all activities.
To have the Total Progress, activate the "total" column in Organize menue.
This reply works only when u have entered the Budgeted Quantity.
Press Ctrl+F7, u will get the resource profile,then click on the specific date which u want the planned progress. U will get the peridic value in a box. Divide the periodic value by total Bud Qty which will be ur required planned per.

To find out the planned progress percentage based on time Please do the following.
Take the baseline programme, make a copy of the same.
On menu bar click on tools and then select Update progress, then select the date you want to update the proggress. Primavera automatically updates your schedule considering the the Actual progess is happening in the same manner as it planned.
Please take care that you have selected the all activities option when you use update progress command.
For sure you will get the result.
