Dear Mohammed,
You are talking about a huge project.
I would suggest that you divide the project into Zone or buildings. Then you can start working on the schedule for each.
Each building will need the following:
1) Site survey
2) Excavation
3) Substructure
4) Pre Engineered Building
5) Electromechanical
6) Commissioning
Depending on the parts of the project that you will be working on, I might be able to assist with the list of activities and sequence of work.
