David, thanks for your reply.

I know it is probably a mistake to do a work before agreeing, actually to your surprise, I delivered my work before even knowing what to ask for.

Personally, though money is very important, doing this for the first time was much more important at the moment.

You are doing work already without knowing how much you are going to be paid!

Do you know the going rate for full time employees? If you do you could do a quick estimate something like:

Salary + 20% = cost to employ

Divide by 1600 hours which will give you a crude hourly rate

Then add say 10% (a client ought to pay a premium for using a consultant rater than a full time member od staff)

Just a suggestion... but suggestion is get it agreed before you start next time (and other T & C’s)

it depends upon, how much complex work is??

for a standard p3 program, planners charge from AED3/- per activity to AED8/- per activity, depending on his experience and rapo he has in the market OR

otherwise, planner also charge on monthly basis from AED 60000/- per month to AED110,000/- working full time in clients office

this is in dubai (UAE)

Dear Ali,

Fortunately there are many Factors to take into considerations. It depends on how fruitful is your work towards your client’s needs. At the same time, you need to eat.

I would charge what makes sense to you at this time. Whatever that is. As long as you are HAPPY with it and working your best.

Good luck,

Samer
