In all cases, primavera calculates the decimal digits even if not shown

e.g. if a unit price is 1.35$ it appears 1$ but if the budgeted units was 100 then the budgeted total cost will be 135$ not 100$

James kindly note that I tried your steps before and it didn’t work.

But when I went to admin first as Tom said it worked.

Before you change the preference in the Edit menu, go to Admin\Currencies; then mount to appearance tab and choose number of decimal places

Go to Edit - User Preferences. In the currency tab, tick show decimal digits
