Before you determine the duration, you need to assign the resources; manpower, material and equipment. Depending on the productivity rates, you will determine the duration.
You will need to talk to your team members for determining the available resources.

2. Blinding
3. Shuttering for Foundation
4. Reinforcement for Foundation
5. Concreting foundation
6. Reinforcement Vertical Elements (20 columns)
7. Shuttering vertical Elements
8. Concreting vertical Element
8.1 Insulation vertical Elements
9. Fill and compaction up to SOG
10. Blinding for SOG
11. Insulation for Slab on Grade
12. Reinforcement for Slab on Grade
13. Concreting of Slab on Grade
Repeat for each level: G+ L1, L2, L3
14. Reinforcement vertical Elements
15. Shuttering vertical elements
16. Concreting vertical elements
17. Deshuttering vertical elements
18. Shuttering for Slab
19. Reinforcement for Slab
20. Concreting slab.
These are the basic activities, you will need to fill in the blanks as per the Contract requirements.
