All I know is that construction industry here in UAE is still at its peak. Also in my knowledge, there is a far more greater percentage of Primavera users as compared to other planning softwares. Huge projects as there is here in the UAE, its Primavera planner that is widely used. For you as an englishman to work over here, you for sure would get a great offer and a tax-free advantage.
