Load the resources activity by activity, then go to resorce profile and select the resource whose s curve you want to see.Once you click the resource s- curve is dispayed.

Just additional Question.



regarding my resources histogram.



im just confused with the output.



ex. week-1 (equipment histogram)



the output of average... = to the minimum qty. used

the output of peak = to the maximum qty. used

the total = it sum-up the qty used from

(Day1-Day6)



now, i want to ask which one is the best reference for reporting purposes.



in addition to this, i’m also confused with my reporting, specifically in excel where i tabulate requipment & labor from week-1 up to the last week.



In normal week sequence,

ex. week-1 (Sat.Sun.Mon.Tue.Weds.thurs.)



but my schedule start at Weds., therefore my week-1 only have 2-days (weds.thurs.) and here i already start allocating my resources (Labor& eqpmt)



my question is that, why is it on the LAST-WEEK, i have no more inputs. is this only normal? i think its because of the two days where i start my Week-1.

guys, i just wanna share that i was able to make an excel sheet that automatically generates s-curve and cash flow, it’s fully editable using the feature of pivot reporting. if interested just send me an email. The data, btw, are parsed thru ms access.
