Pls send me the info to [email protected].
Many thanks.
You can use the Resourge Usage Profile, Resource Usage Spreadsheet --> spreadsheet option --> Calculate Average.
Hi Mamerto,
What type of Resources? Labor or Nonlabor? If you are talking about Manhours, this is Labor. If your Resources loaded in days, just multipy it by 8 hrs or 10 hrs per day depending on your calendars assignment.
Mamerto, I can do it for you. Pls. send me your .xer file to [email protected]

A silly question I know but I can’t figure out how to produce an S Curve in P6 - I know how to in P3 but can’t figure it out in P6 - help please.......
Dear All,
The S-Curves are prepared based upon manhours.
In primavera P3, Go to Tools, then Tabular Reports, then Resources, then Loading.
Click on Loading. Click on add (it will open one box).
Then Go to Modify Tab and select your resources.
Then in Format Tab select Export report in CSV format and browse the location where u want the file to be saved.
Then in the same tab you can select the activity code.
Then in the Timescale tab you can select the data range (ie..the range of dates u want the s-curves values)
Then in the same in the display box u can select the typr ie wekkly ,monthly (If u select weekly it will display the values in week).
Then click OK and RUN.
It will display the excel file (If the file is not displayed at that time go to the specified location which u have given and open it)
Dear Mr mohammed,
can u plz forward the same to me also at [email protected].
Thanking u in advance
Regards,
