I just wanted to know the methods how to handle those situations, when you need to build a complex network with probabilities, loops etc.



I know how to avoid all that stuff in networks, but the picture in that case always seem to me not close to the reality.

Hello Serge, what i read about GERT is that you can make use of if-than-else statements and subroutines, you might have a look at Pertmaster (www.pertmaster.com). You can make use of this statements and spread on activities. Try the download to see if it is usefull in your case.
