Construction Delays Extensions of Time and Prolongation Claims, Author: Roger Gibson
Causation and Delay in Construction Disputes, Author Nicholas Carnell

Hi
Go to the RICS bookshop.
Mr Littens (or it may be Linnet) About Time is an excelent guide to how an adjudicator - arbitrator views the delay analysis process.
Best regards
Mike Testro
obviously I meant "of time". Slippery space bar...
Roger Gibson has just released one called "Extensions oftime submissions & delay claims" - published by Taylor & Francis.
Looks promising, but dont know how good it is... Id buy a copy if i could afford it...
